I'm looking at getting a backpack for all my gear.
Currently, I just have a soft shell case with all my stuff that I just throw into any backpack.
Its great but with having more gear now and not having a proper large backpack, it's getting annoying.
Thinking about the Vanguard Alta Sky 51D or 53
This is probably just perfect size, or a tad too big for the gear I have -- BUT, I need a bag thats bigger so I can stuff things into it like clothing and misc non-camera stuff while travelling.
But still fits in a carry-on.
1) Would either the 51/53 fit in a carry-on?
2) Thoughts on either of these bags?
3) What is the difference between the 51/53? -- All I'm seeing is that the 53 doesn't have the side access points & is 2L bigger -- Cant find any reviews of videos of it
4) Any other recommendations? -- A bag with a top opening & a divided section would be ideal for storage for clothing, etc.
