Vancouver or Toronto?

With the recent defeat of the HST, what will happen to the film industry here in Vancouver? Should I move to Toronto? Can anyone offer any insight please?

Thank you!

We can all get along. You might get a bigger slice of the pie after the hst but I'll take, summer breezes at the beach in the high 20's and winters above zero , but snow on the slopes.

Yea.....

But they still live in Tronna don't they?

All this talk of moving got my feet a bit antsy, so just for FUN I think I'll move...

Hmmm...Vancouver?? Traffic's a pain in the @$s everytime I go there. Trying to deal with equipment suppliers also has been a joke. Last time I wanted something none of the rental places would send anything out. They wanted me to visit them in person. WTF?!? I had everything overnighted from L.A. no problem and they got everything through customs in less than six hours. So much for trying to do business with Vancouver. They might as well be in some distant galaxy on the far side of the universe. Toronto is a bit too... well... Toronto.

OK, so I flipped a coin and it shot up and bounced off the ceiling and rolled onto the table by the map where the closest city to where it stopped is Calgary. So I guess that's tellin' me something! OK Calgary it is then. Stay tuned... (Last time I did the coin flip thing I wound up with a Red One.)
