Hey, do any of you Vancouver/BC/Washington guys want to see about starting a group where we have a monthly meeting to chat over cocktails and talk DVX and war stories.

Maybe some shooting and concept colaborations...
If your interested, send me a private message with your email.

Thanx

Re: Vancouver/BC/Washington DVX User Group

where would it be?

Re: Vancouver/BC/Washington DVX User Group

Hey Jarred,
If we can get enough people together maybe see if we can dig up the "DVX to film transfer test" and do a screening at Rainmaker. Bob Scarabelli is an old friend and they would probably let us use the screening room. Maybe some other suppliers like Vidcom show some stuff...
Jarred you being the Master of DVXuser and the man who started it all, what do you think would be good?

Also should you move this post to a more obvious place on DVXuser?

Re: Vancouver/BC/Washington DVX User Group

forget Vidcom.. not very impressed with them of late. But the rainmaker thing would be cool.

I think this is the best place for this topic no?

Re: Vancouver/BC/Washington DVX User Group

Hi Jarred,
I think you had mentioned along time ago about a 35mm version of a DVX test up at Whistler. Do you know how we can track this down to show.

Also the numbers are light for this like 4 people...any way we can crank this up? Call 669 ha :o
