UV Filter wont go on.

[Mr. Durden]

I bought a Tamron, 72mm UV filter for the DVX the lady assured me that it would go on, but it dosn't seem to fit on, like its too large. Am I putting it on wrong?

[Slimothy]

You've taken off your sunshade correct?

[Mr. Durden]

Yeah.

[Slimothy]

Hmmm...You tried screwing it on?

[Sirius_Doggy]

sounds like you may have stripped the threads????

[Mr. Durden]

AHhahah, okay nvm after playing around with it I got it on. Lets just say im an idiot.

[Ed Kishel]

you're an idiot then

actualy I have that problem to, the larger the diameter of a filter, the tougher it can be to get the threads to grab (also be sure to not force a filter that resists- last thing you want to do is bugger up the threads on the DVX).

[Jay Rodriguez]

idiot... lol jk
