Is there any copyright or other restrictions on using toys for a comedy tv show I produce? The concept is a Jurasic Park dinosaur toy being used in a chomakey scene where it looks like it is after a guy in a dream. The Jurasic Park name won't be mentioned at all, just be using the toy in the scene. Also the JP symbol was removed from the toy before I ever got ahold of it.
