Hey I just wanted to know your guys opinions
being in school for film for the past ohh 7 years, one of the things that seemed to bug me the most is when people use the term "film" incorrect.
for example :"i shot this film with a dvx last year..." blah blah blah
it kind of urks me that people don't fully understand that shooting video is not the same as shooting a film. it makes me think of how much people are losing an understanding of what things are.
I love film and i love video, but making a "film" to me is different than making a "video"
call me a purist, but what do you guys think?
