Using Smugmug "get a link" to embed video to forums

[mikezip007]

I don't quite know where to put this so mods, feel free to move.

I have a bunch of videos on smugmug that I like to post on this forums and others as well. So far I have been stuck as to how to embed a video into a forum to it play right there and doesn't necessarily link back to my website.

What I would like to do is just have it play right here in the forum.

Thanks!
