I like to shoot surreal compositions. Is it advisable to decrease the speed of footage in vegas or do I need to buy the HVX200 for the best effect?

Nevermind, I get it now; in Vegas camera motion also increases/decreases which is quite amateurish but with an HVX only the footage speed increases/decreases.
