Using same properties across multiple events...

For a current 'test' project that i am working on, i have about 80 events. To apply the same effects/plug-ins across all the events, i am able to use the track. However, to apply 'velocity', i have to go event by event. Is there anyway for me to apply a specific rate of velocity to all my events within the track?
Any advices?

The Time Bandit tool is an easy way to speed-up or slow-down multiple events over multiple tracks. It can operate automatically, or you can limit it to use playback rate or velocity. You can also speed up more than the 12x max of Vegas.

The Velocity envelope applies only to video events and can be used adjust speed between a max of 300% and a minimum of -100% (reverse). Velocity envelopes also allow multiple points of adjustment on a clip, so that you can slow down, then speed up, etc.

You can also adjust the speed of audio and video events via the playback rate (25% min to a max of 400%). There is an easy way to adjust the playback rate of multiple events. Select all of the events that you want to adjust, then group them by pressing the G key. Now hold down the CTRL key, then drag the right or left edge of one of the events. This will adjust the playback rate of all of the grouped events. To ungroup, select the group then press the U key.
