Using Premiere Dynamic Link

I own Premiere CS5 and After Effects CS5 but not the Production bundle. Is there a way to use the dynamic link anyways?

With both programs open, just drag and drop a comp from After Effects into Premiere.

File-->Dynamic Link-->Import After Effects Composition should still work, too.

Do you mean it should still work if both programs are open? I knowit does not work if only one of the programs is open.
