Using Lowel Kits for Skiing/Snowboarding instead of Work Lights?

Hey, there seem to be a fair amount of ski/snowboard filmers on here and I was wondering if anyone has experience lighting nightshoots (rails/wallrides/etc) with Lowel Tota or Omni kits.

Previously I've used Husky work lights (1200w for a stand of 2) and the light decently but I need a crazy loud generator to power them. If I were to use four 500w Omni lights I could use a Honda EU2000i generator which is tiny and quiet...

Lowel kits are much more expensive though, so what are your thoughts?
 
Why don't you just relamp your worklights? The bulbs come in a variety of wattages including 500W.
