Using FCP, How do I make a 25fps film into 24fps without reencoding?

I'm entering HeroFest and the entries have to be 24p. I'm in PAL land and shooting 25p. I don't want to drop my project into a 24p line and render as, as I understand it, it will basically reencode the movie, interpolating where necessary. I was thinking that there must be a way to take the film when finished, drop it into a 24p timeline, but somehow fool FCP that the movie file is actually 24p, and so it will just play a little slower, which won't be noticable.

Anyone done this and can tell me how? Also, I'll need to tweak the audio also because that will be pitched down too much.
