Using FCP and Vegas at same time.

Hey guys I got a macbook pro and I love it so far. I also have FCP 2, and running Windows on a NTFS Partition. I know that I can only send files from a windows partition, to a MAC partition, and not the other way. Which sucks.

I bought a new external. So what format should I make it so I can send files back and forth. FAT 32?... or is there another format that would allow me to do this and not be restricted to 4GB files sizes.

I cant use VMWare fusion because it doesent support directx 8.

Why not get a gigabit network router and send them over ethernet- much faster and no hard drive formatting issues to deal with.

i did it. I have three partitions on a 1TB drive. 480 for MAC , 320 for Windows, and 100 in FAT so I can send files across partitions, FAT being the bridge. So far so good.
