Using circular polarizing filter to dial in sheen/specularity in skin tones

Noticed when shooting darker skin tones, sometimes the reflectivity of the skin is nice, but in certain circumstances it's not ideal. Any advice on the most appropriate screw-on polarizers to use for this application? I don't shoot with a mattebox, so the Rota Pola/Rota Tray is not going to work for me.

Are these reflection issues still present after having the subject wipe down their skin with a cloth to remove body oil? I recognize that's not feasible or practical in all situations, I'm just trying to understand the issue that you're running into.

B+W makes great polarizers, but they're on the expensive side. If this is for indoor interviews, you'll want a high light transmission CPL. A B+W XS-Pro cuts 1-1.5 stops and a Carl ZEISS CPL cuts 1.6 stops, so do your research on the filter factor rating.

Yes, for indoor interviews. Thanks or the links! I should try the towel trick as well. Here's a recent interview shot. Here's a graded shot, key lit with a Hudson Mozzi bouncing off a white 5ft umbrella.
