Using articles about your movie in your press kit?

[zns72]

I recently had an article written about our movie in Fangoria magazine online and was wanting to use it in our press kit. Does anybody know the protocol for using articles off of the web? Is permission needed from the site, the writer? Or is it enough to reference them - meaning the writer, date of publication magazine name in the press kit like you would reference an article in a paper you were writing?

For press kits, as long as you site the source you should be fine to use the article. Just be careful not to take the comments in the article out of context and the magazine won't say anything to you.
