Go Hang A Salami, I'm A Lasagna Hog...spells the same thing frontwards and backwards?

I'm sure you could all have slept soundly without the benefit of knowing that, but I wanted to throw it out there anyway.

Anyone else have any kind of completely useless trivia they want to share?

No point at all....I'm waiting for dinner to finish cooking. (yes I'm having lasagna, vegetarian though...)

Back to the "useless trivia" idea:

  • Your stomach has to produce a new layer of mucus every two weeks, otherwise it will digest itself.
  • A raisin dropped in a fresh glass of soda will bounce up and down continually from the bottom of the glass to the top.
  • A female ferret will die if it goes into heat and cannot find a mate.
  • A 2x4 is actually 1-1/2" x 3-1/2" .
  • Every person has a unique tongue print. (Say "aaah")
  • The 'spot' on 7UP comes from its inventor who had red eyes. He was an albino.
  • 315 entries in Webster's 1996 Dictionary were misspelled.
  • During the chariot scene in 'Ben Hur' a small red car can be seen in the distance.
  • Most lipstick contains fish scales. Yum.
  • Ketchup was sold in the 1830s as medicine.
  • Leonardo da Vinci could write with one hand and draw with the other at the same time.
  • American Airlines saved $40,000 in 1987 by eliminating one olive from each salad served in first class.
  • If one places a tiny amount of liquor on a scorpion, it will instantly go mad and look like it is stinging itself to death. It spasms a lot.

Scientifically, margarine is only one molecule away from being plastic. Place it in the garage for a week and it won't spoil...go think about that!
