Thanks to everyone who responded here. Transaction worked out fine. The sellers were really cool and they even made the sale official with an invoice/sale contract from their new business (they are transitioning from a production company to a web marketing company). I checked all of the things that folks suggested that I check and everything seemed fine. I spent a good part of an hour inspecting it so I think I did my due diligence. Thanks devnull. I'll take a look at the handbook and the forum and look into workshops. Definitely looks complicated and intimidating so I don't want to just jump into it and risk damaging the steadi or my back. Thanks again.
