Used movie ideas?

I was just curious if there is some sort of website or data base somewhere in the vast reaches of cyberspace that tell of movie ideas. Meaning:

For example, I am looking to make a movie about these clowns that come from outerspace to harvest humans.

Results: Killer Clowns from Outer Space.

You know, some sort of search bar that you type in key words or phrases and it would give you titles of the movie and maybe a short synopsis?

I know this would have to be a huge data base of films and IMDB seems to be the closest thing I can think of.

Anyone know of anything like that? Just a thought.

I don't know, but it's got to exist somewhere, because there's a guy who writes a column in either the newspaper or the sunday newspaper inserts (Parade, USA Weekend) or somewhere, and people write in with the most obscure questions (like, "I saw this film when I was like five, and it had these three ducks who would quack simultaneously all the time, and I don't remember anything else about it -- what movie was that?") and he'll answer and say "oh, that's blah-and-blah and it's available on video from Warner" etc.

So either he's really, really, really smart with a lot of spare time, or he's got access to some such database.

Try going to IMDB and in the "seach" window, chose "plots". Enter your keywords and "go". It seems to be the about the best thing we have for this.

Thanks Mr. Smith, I will try that...I just thought that website would be a very good tool for script writers and "movie dreamers" alike.
