Used dvx question..

I am thinking of bying another dvx100...
I´ve found a used one that costs 32500 swedish kronor( and that´s 4285$) and it´s been used 140 hours... I get 1 year warranty. But still, isn´t that alot for a used camera?

Personally I'd never buy a used camera, unless I knew the person and had complete trust that the camera had been properly cared for. For instance have the heads been cleaned with a head cleaning tape? I know someone who did that once, they thought if a few seconds cleaned good then a minute would clean great. Well as abrasive as though tapes are, there were no heads left. JMHO I want my camera new out of the box, I'll save money else where!

haggard, 4285 $ is way to much for a used DVX with 140 hours.
I'd say 3200 would be more reasonable

$3200 US? For an original DVX100? No A? With 140 hours?

No. Way too much. Think $2100. $2000. Even less.

the new 100ae pal here in israel about 3800$.buy a charter ,come here ,relex , have a fun , buy 2 sell 1 in sweeden and you still stay with some money for the cassets :-)

Apperantly, there was some sort of bug on page where i checked how much 32500 swedish kronor was in dollars...
It´s supposed to be 2470 dollar not 4285 dollars...
