Urgent! Tape problem!

Hey guys.

Switched from Panasonic tapes to damn JVC for a short period of time. I cleaned my heads the first time before the switch, but not the second time, which I think is the result of this:

See the tape falling out? Can I fix this? I tried slipping it back in, but I don't know if I should or not.

I just put the tape in the camera, and I heard weird clinking noises. I took the tape out and it was fine. I placed it back in and my capture camera made a beeping noise.

I took out the tape, and part was sticking out.

Is there any way of fixing this?

Pick a brand of tapes and stick with it. Don't switch brands....

I do Jason. It was a no choice decision.

I was at a big job, we ran out of tapes. We had to get some quick, so we went to the closest store (Future shop) and I had to get what was there- JVC.

Was angry about, and now I don't regret it one bit.

I've never had issues with JVC tapes.

Sony tapes on the other hand...

Fixed it! Just put pressure on the tape, over the spindles, and it popped back in.
