Urgent Please! Viewing?

I am trying to watch some footage that I captured with HDLink and Cineform in Vegas. When I go to the Preview Device Preferences it shows the different viewing options. When I select Windows secondary display or 1394 it says device unavailable. I have a Decklink Intensity but I guess that doesn't work with Vegas yet. So I am trying to use my firewire mini dv camcorder or the secondary display. Vegas shows my camcorder (HV20) as an available device to capture from but I can't seem to get it to work with preview. I've tried to change the timeline to mini dv and play it that way and it still doesn't work. This seems like such a basic function. How do I get this to work. And yes I have clicked the monitor button for previewing. Please help I'm trying to watch dailies.
 
Do I need a second graphics card to get a secondary windows display? I am using a Quadro card that is set to clone. Vegas does not recognize any available cards.
 
You can't clone your desktop if you want to use the secondary display. You have to use independent displays.
 
Thanks again for your help. Even if I don't clone the displays it doesn't work. Vegas says the device is unavailable.
 
I am had that problem but I don't think that vegas does it but the video card drivers maybe the cause. do you have the right video card driver updated?
