Urgent: P2 Store Trouble

2 questions:

1. What should I do when the HDD format pin hole button won't respond when I hold it in with a pen for more than 5 seconds?

2. When an error message comes up, e.g. flashing E2 with lit E3, how do I get rid of it?

Please let me know as soon as possible because I have a job very soon,

Chris- Not sure this is your problem, but . . .
I was never able to reset with a pen--had to use a paper clip (smaller diameter than the pens I use).
