URGENT--Making TONE in Vegas

Can someone please tell me how to do this within the next four hours?

you can create tone upon exporting to tape, just make sure to check the box that says generate tone when choosing which type of bars you want.
 
Sound Forge and other commercial audio editors can generate tone.

Audacity can too, and it's open source. (From what I remember.)

The exporting to tape option also works.
