Urgent! Major Sync Issues with Multiclip

Multiclip 3 camera project.
Everything is in sync on the timeline.
RT: 12 minutes

Problem: When I export to any file. One track goes out of sync anywhere from a few seconds to 14 seconds. Some cases it'll suddenly go out of sync in the middle of a take.

The project originated on FCP 5.14. Now running 6.02. Please don't scold me for switching updates mid project. It's the nature of the business that we have to update and revisit projects. In this case I revisited after a year.

Any ideas? Any solutions? Desperate.

What a nightmare. Tried all suggestions from here and creative cow. Nothing worked. Video would be in sync in FCP but all exports would have certain tracks out of sync. Everything was fine in my pre-Leopard / FCP 5.14 world.

So I ended up dropping the suspect clips into a separate sequence and then exporting them as self contained FCP movies. I then imported and then reconformed the newly created media to my cut. Time consuming, pain in the ass, but it worked.

All I can say, the FCP upgrade has been a nightmare. Apple really blew chunks with this.

I'm so pissed, that I've been looking at Vegas. In short, Apple can lick my salty (&#$&$#(.
