Urgent Canvas help

Hi,

I have been wokring on a project in FCP 6 for about a week--no hitches. However, after working on another project in FCP this morning I open up my other sequence only to find that I cant see any of the timline footage in the canvas. It does however appear in the viewer when I double click on it. This is very frustrating. Is there any resets I can perform?

Never mind. I tapped the "W" key too many times making it wireframe only.
