What framerate are you running your video at?
I would suggest using the Snell and Wilcox UKON for a 1:1 upconversion. I've done a few onlines with the UKON upconverting 23.98 and 29.97 to HD. I have also tried upconverting my projects in Final Cut by scaling the video. If you are not going for a film out this will probably be fine if you just need an HDCAM screener for festivals.

I haven't seen a lot of upconversions via the Teranex but if you are going from 23.98 --> (23.98 or 29.97) or 29.97 --> 29.97 they are comparable in quality from what I've seen. If you go from 60i --> 23.98 you would want the Teranex. The UKON can't handle the frame rate conversion like the Teranex can.
