Uprez footage or master?

Would it be best to uprez my selected clips *before* editing them or would it be best to uprez my edited master?

I'm editing with Avid Xpress Pro HD with DV25 originated material from my DVX100A.

I saw this demonstrated at the recent DV Expo and it looked great! I also saw their Time Warp plug-in which basically creates any framerate from any framrate (fast motion/slow motion effects).

I recomend uprezzing your finish version. You'll never know when you have to make those last minute changes.
