uploading to the web

I have a 30-60 second trailer that I am going to need to upload to the web. I will be using compressor to compress the footage. Are there any tips I need to know about while doing this process?

Make it Quicktime with hints for fast start/streaming.
Sorenson or mpeg-4 are options.

Read this and you'll be good to go. You don't need Compressor for this.
I follow these general steps for all my web stuff and it's worked out fine.
