uploading for the web...

I have already exported several of my projects as self contained movie files. Is there any way I can get them to upload so they will be viewable on the internet once I put a website together?

Any quicktime file is a web viewable file, simply use an HTML embed command. Use MPEG-4 if possible, as it is a cross platform solution that looks very good. Usually, I pixel double to save space.

You'll want to compress your files down once you've exported them from Final Cut. Cleaner is an excellent choice and is what I use.
