upload help

[Lake Films]

Hey. I have been asked by a musician to upload my movie to him for scoring. I really don't have much experience with the upload process. Can anyone give me a quick run down? What settings for the file, a place to upload the file? I am using FCP, the film is approx. 20 mins. Thanks!

well the settings would be a good question for him, is he on protools, windows/mac? I would just use one of the web settings in compressor. and to send it depending on the size I would use
yousendit.com, up to 100Mb per file....
