Upgrading to Quicktime 7

[sink]

this is weird, I have Final Cut Studio, which at the time came with quicktime pro 6, and I have been holding off on upgrading to 7 because apple says you will have to buy a new registration key for 7, well i decided tonight to just upgrade and pay for it... after the computer restarted i opened quicktime to click on the "Buy QuickTime Pro" button but it was greyed out because I already have it! weird..

It's been a while but I remember I had QT6 Pro with FCP HD 4.5. When I upgraded to FCStudio I got QT7 but still had do upgrade to the pro version, which was a ***** because I had just purchased the pro version of QT6 about a month before.
