Upgrading to Apple Leopard - Any issues?

Hi I just bought Leopard (OS 10.5) and I run FCP Studio 2. I am wondering if there are any issues I need to watch out for when upgrading OS. I always have projects going, so I don't want to shoot myself in the foot by making an amateur move.

Any input would be appreciated.
