Upgrade to v13 sale?

I got a notification when Vegas started up about a couple of weeks ago, informing me that there was a special sale to upgrade to v13 (if I recall correctly, $140 or so).

I was busy and just closed it at the time, but now I'm thinking I'd consider the upgrade. But the screen is gone, and I can't find any links to that price anymore. Going to the Sony software site just gives me the regular pricing for upgrades.

Does anyone know the details for this deal? Is it over (did I miss it)?

Nice, thank you. There were options if I recall correctly, like Vegas Pro Edit, Suite, etc... got links for those?

Looks like Vegas Pro Edit is the version I'm looking for- I don't need DVD architect and the other bundled goodies (I have CS6 when I need to do any complex effects and authoring, I just like using Vegas to cut speed edits).

Here we go:
Vegas Pro Edit
Vegas Pro
Vegas Pro Suite

I never really liked DVD Architect. I'm used to Encore too and I like it. Seems more "complete" to me.

Thanks for the links!

I concur on the DVD Architect vs Encore. I just wish Premiere was as fast to edit with as Vegas was, then I could stick to CS for most of my work. But alas- it seems like a combination of both packages works out the best for me, so here I am.

Meanwhile, the primary reason I wanted to upgrade my version of Vegas is that v9 predates any sort of stabilization tools. Right now, when I have a clip that I think could benefit from some stabilization, I open it up in After Effects, apply the Warp Stabilizer, render out an intermediate file and swap media in Vegas. Not the most time efficient way to go about it, but it works great. I'm working on something recently that has a lot of submitted shaky clips, I was thinking it would be worth the price of entry to save me some time on the stabilizer. But in doing some research on the product, it seems Vegas' built in stabilization isn't all that hot. I tried it in a demo for version 10 and liked it well enough (back then it was a branded version of the Mercalli stabilizer or something like that), but it sounds like its gone downhill from there with Sony's own version that is rather limited (can only be applied to the entire media, not just clips?). Maybe I'm better off holding out on v9 a bit longer... Just feels dated. :/
