Upgrade compatibility for Premiere.

I currently use CS3 + CINEFORM.

If I upgrade to WIN 7 (64) will I still be able to use both?

If I upgrade to CS5, will I still be able to use both?

For your first question: yes
Your second one: You can have CS3 next to CS5 but you cannot use Cineform in CS5.
 
That means that if I want to cut a 2 hour film I need to stick with CS3 because I can't export segments in Cineform under CS5. No?
 
What version of Cineform are you using? You can use Cineform with CS5, but *only* if you upgrade to Cineform v5. Neoscene is $50, and they're running a special for June to upgrade from previous version of Neoscene to NeoHD for $250, and ProspectHD to NeoHD for $150
