Unsqueeze anamorphic video ?

I'm currently shooting with a 2x anamorphic lens on my BMCC camera. I know in FCPX I can use the distort tab to squash or unsqueeze the footage no issue there. But what I want to know is, how much percent do I unsqueeze the footage? Since I can only input a percentage value. Thanks!
 
Depends greatly on the degree of distortion the lens introduces, I'd suggest eyeballing it.

Shoot something that is square, and I mean truly measured to be square, and shoot it straight on. Then play around with your percentages until it's square again on your monitor.
