unscrewing Manfrotto 3433 tripod head?

I'm trying to unscrew my Manfrotto 3433 tripod head from my tripod to attach it to my Glidetrack and I've been unable to remove the tripod head.

Can someone please tell me what's the right way to unscrew the Manfrotto 3433 head?

Is it attached to a bowl? Have you tried unscrewing the arm connected to the bowl at the bottom? Then, when you remove the bowl, just unscrew a few more screws at the bottom of that and twist the bowl off...

Its a 501HD, no 100mm bowl.
