Unique/Special/Interesting Romance

Reminds me of a real life case where a couple of the world's dumbest robbers robbed a pizza delivery girl, and then called her out on a date shortly after mugging her.. needless to say, they got caught

Hi Vita,
The most important thing is the characters -- who is he? write and write and write about who he is, where he was born, what does he like, what does he want. Don't box yourself into a concept too deep -- let the story flow out the first time... just write it. Don't worry about boring -- of course it's boring -- that's why you rewrite. But plow through it first. Don't think -- how is this going to be interesting or boring --- just get lost in it. The story will come. Plan some scenes that you want to get to -- like, by page 10 he should set up what he wants; by page 25 something should happen that spins him into another direction (away from his want), Page 60 something specific happens that propels him directly (eventually) toward his goal -- points a clear direction for him to follow -- but there still may be obstacles... Page 90 his lowest point -- farthest from his goal. Something happens to send him to his "final battle" he faces his biggest fear. This is of course the final act in which he finally gets what he wants-- or not. But by this point -- he is no longer the same guy at the start of the film.

Look at books by syd field. His structure will really help.

But don't discourage yourself by saying it's boring --- if it's boring -- change it. Make it the opposite of what you see. Don't let the "concept" dictate the story -- you'll never be able to fill your expectations. Just let it flow.
