Underwater camera...

Any suggestions on a digital camera that can go underwater (maybe 20 feet max) and shoots decent footage? This is not for commercial purposes, but just for fun although i want something of relatively solid quality.

I would suggest checking out Epic Camera Housings (www.epiccam.com) They are lightweight easy to use housings typically used for Action Sports. Not really for Scuba but you can take them down at least 40-60 feet.
