Uncompressed AVI Render Bitrate In Vegas

I found most of my renders into uncompressed avi's having the same bitrate of 1536kbps. Is this a standard for uncompressed AVI ? In fact i never expected uncompressed avi to have a 'bitrate'. I thought bitrate applied only to mpegs and wmv9. Even if this were true would uncompressed 24 bit avi have such a low bitrate ?
 
1536kbps is the bitrate for 48k 16-bit stereo audio, it has nothing to do with the video. Nevertheless, digital video and audio all have bitrates regardless of whether they are compressed or not.
 
ok,,,,temme something. Does uncompressed avi also have a PA Ratio that we can set ? And when this is played out thru say windowns media player. Will the video spread out the PAR to form a proper widescreen video. Also when i render an mpeg out of vegas. It never runs in media player. Is this a codec issue ?? and any idea what codec i must install to get mpegs to run straight away on media player. Thanks.
