i am making a 10-second ad for a local bar to be shown in the theatres here.
they sent me a radio-spot which i adjusted in length and add grafx to.

i need to deliver in 16:9 (min 1024x576) uncompressed avi and uncompressed audio. so far the audio is 40kHz, 16 bit, PCM, wavfile. is that uncompressed?
how do i make uncompressed audio? i wont give them mp3 what are they thinking...is the wav what they want?

Re: uncompressed audio?

The wave file is fine as would be an AIFF. But I'm a bit confused as to the sample rate (40k). Is this a standard in your country (please excuse my ignorance, but I don't recognize the flag so I don't know where you are from). CD audio is recorded at 44.1k, DVD's are handled at 48k. How did you arrive at 40k? Please understand, I'm not saying it's wrong, it is just unfamiliar to me.
