Looking at the 1080 HD version I'm not seeing any significant moire or aliasing.

At 0:46-0:50 If you look at the red bricks, You can see it. Also the hard edges around the numbers 1885
Here are two frame-grabs from the downloaded 1080 HD version ( which is encoded at the low bit-rate of 4.5 Mbps )

...I'm still not seeing what you are referring to. To me there's a loss of detail because of the low bit-rate of the video, otherwise I'm not seeing much aliasing or moire in these images.

I'm not seeing any moire. Maybe a but of highlight aliasing, but most cameras do that.
