Unable to locate Timecode

Why would I be getting this error? I am batch capturing from a Sony Z1U and have logged my clips. When I go back to batch capture, the camera scrubs around the time code, sometime passing over it, backing up, looking around., stops, starts then finally errors out and give me the error that it is Unable to Location TimeCode.

What could be causing this?
 
Usually it is looking for pre-roll. If you have a timecode break within the pre-roll requirements you're out of luck.

Change the inpoint.
