Unable to import MOV files in CS5

Never really tried to shoot mpeg in my GH1 until recently. Shot some test footage and then tried to import the MOV file into Premiere CS5 but got an error - "we were unable to open the file on disk."

I can import the MOV file with no problems in AE CS5 but not PPro CS5. System is a PC win7 with QT installed. Plays back no problem in QT. Googled and searched DVX but didn't come up with much.

Anybody else experience this?
 
sweet mother jesus mary... I figured it out after pulling out my hair. The importer and exporter QT host were missing in the common folder. Don't know how the hell that happened but reloaded the files and loads like a dream. Making notation for posterity.
