unable to access to B&H Photo Video all morning...

[Nicholas Natteau]

I know that B&H is closed on Saturdays. But I've always been able to access their web site 24/7 until today.

Been trying all morning to access www.bhphotovideo.com and can never connect.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any idea why it's inaccessible today???

I ran into the same thing. It's been down all morning. Since I'm not aware of any Jewish holidays today , I'm guessing some site maintenance perhaps. It's a terrible thing though for us tech junkies who need our equipment fix now!

It's Saturday. It's the Sabbath. While it's not usually completely down on Saturdays, you wouldn't be able to order anything. Happens every week.

Yes, but even on Saturdays when they're closed for business you can always access their site. I guess it must be down for maintenance then.

I was on at 3:am EST and it was having a lot of problems. Time Outs and really slow response.

They had a notice up last night saying their internet shop would be closed from last night until 6:15 EST - presumably some maintenance going on

I went in about 40 minutes before the shutdown. I think the same thing happened last weekend

Site maintenance, not a big deal. Especially when you can't order on the weekends.

Still slow to non responsive on Monday morning. dang I need some gear for a shoot.

It is Martin Luther King day in the states, it's a national holiday so you won't be getting normal service from brick and mortar stores. Tomorrow.
