Ummm... stupid question... nikon lenses

Just got my SGpro rev3 this morning. Didn't have any Nikon lenses, so I went up to the camera shop and picked up a used nikon 50mm, f 1.8.

Put it on the sgpro, played around a bit, and went to take it off, but...

WHERE'S THE LENS RELEASE BUTTON ON THESE NIKONS?

I've only worked with Canons in the past, and there's a small button on the lens to release it from the mount. Aparently not on Nikons? or am I just missing somehting? how do I get the lens off?

yes, it's embarrasing asking this question, but rather that then break my brand new sgpro :thumbup:

There should be a button on the mount itself, not the lens.

That's weird, though. Canons have a button on the lens itself... and the nikon turns CLOCKWISE to come off? eh... whatever... now I know.

Yes that's right, opposite to the FD lenses.
