Umbrella mount?

I can't remember where I saw it online but I have seen several film crews out and about that have these umbrella mounts that they can clamp to the camera handle or their tripods or even a C stand in the event of rain or snow. The umbrella is big enough to cover you and the camera. I just need the mount/clamp. You have to already have the umbrella.

I think that this Lowel´s gadget can help you. It attaches umbrellas.

you can just use a double headed gobo head.. or a gobo with a pin and a maffer.

Ok cool! Yea I did a search online and kept coming up with the Umbrella you would use for lights. I need the mount that I can use an umbrella for use in the rain.
