On restart after install it crashed my XP Pro system, twice, in exactly the same way. My system is only a few months old and has never crashed before - it runs perfectly otherwise.

On restart it seemed to load drivers until mup.sys, and then gets stuck there. I had to boot in Safe Mode and run System Restore, which thankfully worked fine.

I conclude that Ulead MF 6 + is a POS. Use at your own risk.

Seeking a refund.
 
Turns out Roxio EZ Media Creator and/or Drag 2 Disk causes the crash. I uninstalled Roxio to give Ulead MF 6+ one last try, and that fixed the problem.

Still a little ticked off though.
