Two popular effects seen in rap music videos. How do they do it?

Quick question about reflections as seen in this YouTube video below. I've been seeing it everywhere, but have no idea how it's done. If it's an preset in AE/PREMIERE/FCP, I apologize for wasting space, but I haven't come across it yet anywhere on the internet or in the programs. Reflection/inverted video is also probably not the right term to describe the effect seen at 1:15. Please be aware this has NSFW language (rap video), so please mute if you are offended by foul language haha

Another effect I'm seeing more and more frequently is very sharp rack focusing that I'd like to learn a little more about. Is it all done in-camera or slightly enhanced in post? Here is an example in the video below (3:35 mark). It's more subtle in this video, but in other low-budget (DSLR) videos it's more apparent and less refined.

Thanks for your help!

The mirror effect is easy and will be possible in any NLE. In final cut pro I believe it is under filters>perspective>mirror, but I'm not in front of it at the moment. On PP am AE I'd suggest searching in the effects box for mirror.

The second video won't load on my phone so I can't comment on that.

There's no rack focus in that video at 3:35, just lens flare and a cut a few second later, but definitely not rack focus at 3:35
