twixtor rules of thumb?

Just wondering if anyone had come up with a good way to tell if a shot is going to come out very well in twixtor or at least some general guidelines. I'm going to be trying to shoot something that I want to use twixtor on this weekend and don't have time to do a bunch of tests and "dont use a lot of motion" really doesnt mean much.

Well my personal preference would be to ditch Twixtor and buy an Epic so I can shoot 5K @ 96fps, but in the meantime....lol

My personal recipe is:
- 60fps and the faster shutter speed you can get (a ton of light).
- A solid background or a simple one as said Kevinnottawa
- A solid and a slowness camera movement (preferable static)

But testing first is the best ingredient you can have.

Cheers

Also, bump up the shutter speed, the sharper the image the easier twixtor works the frames. I've been using 1/100. Subject should be coming at you in the z-axis, not side to side on the x-axis.
