Twixtor Problems

Can anyone help me here? I'm trying to use Twixtor and every time I keep getting this weird fade effect. This is the only example of my problem that I could find on YouTube:

I'm not using this for Call of Duty, but this is the only example I saw. I'm shooting with a GH2 at 720p/60fps with a 1/4000th shutter speed. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not that familiar with Twixtor but that's a common problem, you've generally to mask the area you want to work on.

I tried it. Still nothing. Everything I try gives me that weird effect.

yeah happens to a lot of footage. That's why I just gave up on twixtor.
